Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-14 — in effect from 14 August 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and the Kohet operator. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Kohet.

Your account

You need a valid email address, and you must be old enough to consent to online services where you live (16 in much of the EU, or 13 where national law allows). Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Using Kohet

Kohet plans routines, tasks and daily schedules. Use it lawfully. Do not try to break into other accounts, disrupt the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend or close an account that does these things, or that has gone unused for a long time.

Your content

Whatever you put into Kohet stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, display it back to you and process it to run the features you use — including sending the relevant parts to OpenAI when you ask for a generated schedule, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Generated schedules

Schedules are produced automatically and are suggestions, not advice. They can be wrong or unsuitable. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Kohet is not a medical, legal, financial or safety tool.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Kohet available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we may change or withdraw features. If we make an important change to these terms, we will publish the new version here and tell you where the law requires it. Continuing to use Kohet after a change means you accept it.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by deleting your account, which erases your content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, and we will give you notice unless the law or an urgent security problem prevents it.

Liability

Kohet is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
